
Since QVA is based on unit's performance. Let's check which unit is paying how much QVA. Starting with mine. TI unit 25% QVA received.

I really don't understand what this policy is. How come QVA is completely dependent on Unit and Company performance. What is the point of Appraisal band and Employee performance. Profits will be for share holders when it does well and when it don't, no Hikes and deduction in QVA. Lateral hires like me should be made aware how the company gives QVA inspite of meeting mandatory WFO.

Even I joined as lateral considering TCS as good company. But the story is different here. TCS actually don't care for their employees. They only think of stakeholders, mgt thinks how to deduct employee salary, coming with nonsense policies.

Everything is misery here. Fresher or experienced or later entry it doesn't matter. Nobody understands the salary pay here. QVA is not company is paying extra. It's deducted from our salary only. For fresher they say 3.36 lpa as package but variable is almost 7-8k for them. For experienced they hike every year like 2-3k monthly max out of which 0.5 - 1k will go to variable pay. How the hell the hike goes to QVA. Joined newly to TCS they can say this is variable pay and after hike money why to put in QVA. Then our hike is not 2-3k then. Nobody has clear idea on these things in TCS. If you ping hr that person won't even respond and they respond after couple of months and they say hr is changed. Finding hr is difficult task here. Moral story is that they are making bakra of 7 lakh people here by justifying things which nobody understands.

Lots of oldies moved using politics and buttering and they dont do anything and also have no clue what is AI/Cloud. It is full of junk now
