I am a new mother and it may be extremely difficult for me to go to another company at this stage of my life. In Infy I haven't got any hike in last 3 years. Joining Infy was a really bad decision for me. I want to know don't we have any labor law in place or somewhere where we can complain about Infosys. This is not right na!
