They are calling office to work that we can do easily from home 1 hour for going to office 1 hour for lunch 1 hour for coming back to home 1 hour for tea snacks that's how everyday is going how will the grow😂

Exactly I commute 1.5 hrs to office just to have tea and breakfast, show my face to RMG and come back

I work on the TCS CoE where I have to develop POCs from scratch based on TCS and client requirements. They want me to come ofc everyday, nothing not even a single thing works in TCS laptop I have use my personal machine then run code in their GPU server (the pain of debugging is real). They wont give AI tools for faster develop but expects solutions that can beat google (literally). The manager and upper can literally promise anything to get a client conversion even if a layman can tell its not possible to achieve & we I have NO manager is simply not taking even tho she is non technical.
