Trending @Capgemini; Silent layoffs

Those who have joined in Capgemini on December 2022 and didn't get into any project and they have put all of them in PIP stating bench aging and asked them to get into project within 2 months. Even though we mail program managers they all are replying with "Recuirement is freezed". With only 1.6 years of experience we don't get calls outside also. This is happening mainly for SAP ABAP domain only.
