Silent layoffs

A company upon silently laying off an employee has given a 90 day notice period and the laid off employee will be giving basic pay only during the notice period and FnF after the last working day as per company policy. Does this make sense? Is the allowance being held back?

Can anyone guide in this scenario?

Read the offer letter. If they have added any such clause, then there is nothing you can do about.

Do you think FnF will include the held back allowances?
