Silent layoff in TCS has been started
Employes has been started targeted and harresed bay their manager and the are therten by their manager that 1 mistake or error is equal to 1 moving 1 setp ahead to PIP and after that you will be terminated from organization
Layoffs are good to keep an organisation healthy by trimming unnecessary fat. If someone is working diligently, he will stay forever in any company
One day you’ll realize that who got chucked out of the organization aren’t bad performers, one who are sticking or retained not the best..! It’s all politics..! OFFICE POLITICS
It’s never been about performance. As long as you able generate 5x revenue of your CTC you’ll fine. But, sometimes managers would give that info so it’s really matter of demand and luck.
I am in PIP any resigned yesterday night due to same reason
