Silent Layoff? Force Movement To RMG!

Upper management is asking projects to release associates as much as possible. Like 4-5 associates has same work in a project and project targetting to release 2-3 guys and assign their task to remaining associates. Which means, RMG will be full soon and they have good amount of associates to be asked to resign failing new allocation policy. True or false?

Another point I knw is, billing is done from client on head count basis as well. If they lower down the head count, how (more) billing will be done? With false head count basis? I wonder!
