Silent layoff.

Hey guys,my company started a silent layoff PIP policy.mangers are asking employees to resign.yesterday I have been released from my project. I have 2 years of experience in .net technology along with AWS certifications. currently I am learning spring boot. If anyone can refer me it would be a great help.
