Who says TCS doesn't layoff?
First they made WFO mandatory when all the other IT companies were continuing the WFH model. Then they made 5 days mandatory. Then they started cutting salaries based upon attendance. Now they are forcing employees to relocate.
Is it not the Layoff....?

Believe it or not TCS is becoming a myth right now it's not at all a good company anymore whether in terms of employment, salary, work structure, favoritism and work culture... Everything is getting pathetic now! It's time to look beyond TCS.. The way things are going on that day is not far when TCS will face crisis of employees from every branch all over India

they couldn’t justify the reasons on QVA cut for entire year. Shameless CHRO

You can ask this in the ISU head townhall meeting right.. Will QVA deducted be returned back if the associate starts coming to the office? They have numerous ways to cut down our money.
- No promotion
- if Promotion is given, with negligible promotion hike.
- Reducing Salary if we get BAND D.
- If an Associate gets B from A, he/she will get a reduced package
- YOY Performance bonus should increase, but in the TCS case, it keeps decreasing.
- Health insurance scam. No one has got 100% claim rate for associates.

HRs of TCS are new version Hitlers who are more into how disturb full they can make employee life and figure out thousand illegal ways how to save money of TCS by cutting employee salary in the name of QVA, performance bonus.

Not seen such a worst company

That's true! I literally beg them for transfer to my hometown and i know thats easily possible... due to elderly parents care but I did not get it and now I am forced to relocate to my base location....what will you say to this...if I have any back support then I have to leave else I have to accept these worsed condition....and also I spend almost 8 years in this organization...wake up!!!!!
