Being on bench for more than 2 months is not good. Attend drives, have rmg connect everyday, upskill /reskill. In other companies it's very strict. Sorry to say Few TCS employees do timepass when on bench.

According to recent buzz, TCS is reportedly taking action regarding employees who have been on the bench for extended periods. The situation primarily affects those who haven't been actively engaged in projects for a considerable time. HR is allegedly requesting voluntary resignations from bench employees, particularly focusing on those who haven't shown active participation in seeking project assignments. While this affects multiple employees, including some freshers who have been on bench since joining, it's important to note that each case may have its own circumstances and context. The company appears to be taking these measures as part of its workforce optimization efforts.
