Silence from PwC

Please provide any insights if you have.I had 2 levels of interview with PwC for a senior associate position. After first interview, HR asked to share all my documents, payslip. It's been one month since, HR is not picking the calls and hence no updates. Is this a common delay or should i consider this as a rejection.
