Silence After Coffee Chat at Google

I gave 3 rounds of interview, then I took coffee chat with hiring manager. It was an engaging discussion and in my opinion, it went well. Its been more than a week now and I haven’t heard back yet from recruiter even after following up after 4 business days. Any idea ? Anyone, any similar experience?
