Siemens energy Onhold role?

Hi everyone,

I recently interviewed with Siemens Energy. When I followed up with HR, they mentioned that the Hiring Manager is positive about my candidature. However, the business team has currently decided not to approve hiring any new developers.

HR also said that the Hiring Manager is still in discussions internally to try to get approval for at least one developer position.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation before? Is it possible that an on-hold role like this might reopen within the same month?

Would really appreciate any insights or advice. Thanks in advance!
