Sick of corporate harrazzment
I have been working in my current project since last 3years and every year I get only B band despite all the hard work done by me. My long leaves don't get approved and WFO exception request for few days also keep getting rejected. It's all because I'm not a part of MANAGER'S CLOSE FRIENDS GROUP. They all get these facilities but I dont. Shall I connect with HR regarding discrimination?
Take a deep breath and accept the fact that you are a victim of corporate politics. Train your mind for it

So what shall I do ?? Can't switch because of location and family constraints. Shall I accept my date and keep getting harrassed or voice my opinion anywhere. I can't take it anymore. These guys are sucking the life out of me everyday. I can't take it anymore
Don't apply long leaves. In the dussehra season i used casual leave, sick leave, earned leave, wfo exception - all of them. I used them one day at a time. I didn't go to the office for 2.5 weeks. But i took my laptop with me and was on and off. I made sure someone was there to cover for me when i was away. If yours is a fixed cost project, the manager should not have any problem approving the leaves. Let me know one to one.
Start searching for other project and start making your decisions and learn to say NO
Try to switch manager/project/company.
U cannot fight them directly. It's called office politics.
