Sick leave query

Hi guys , I want to take 4 sick leave in a week without any medical certificates. Is it possible ? Like I will take 2 sick leaves on Thursday and Friday . And Nxt 3 on Monday and Tuesday . As per the policy if we take continues sick leave for 2+ days then we need to show medical certificate. But I am taking 2-2 sick leave with weekend also included . Pls suggest or clarify if this will work ?
