Sick leave in notice period at Tcs
I’m on notice period and have asked for early release from Tcs. I do not have any dependency in my team as they have already found my replacement. But my lead is bit poky. Is it allowed to take casual leave or flexi leave in notice period which is pre- approved How many sick leaves can i take consequently? What if i submit prescription only will that be accepted as the disease is not diagnosed yet?
I need a week’s leave for my friends wedding, i have 7 sick leaves pending what can i do
I'm also in the same situation, no dependency still no early release.
You can apply only sick leaves during NP and if you've already approved flexi or CL that also will be there, avail it.
For the sick leave HR might create a drama that you can't take more than 3 SL during your NP but it depends on manger/supervisor if they agree and ready to approve your SL request then there's no issue.
