Sick leave for 1 day not approved

I took a sick leave for one day and applied on the portal but RMG did not approve. It's showing pending for approval . Will it get auto approved or what will happen ? The 2office app shows no show status but I want to mark it a leave . Can somebody guide what happens in this case?

2 day sick leave is auto approved after 3rd day is not sick leave

Yes during bench period RMG autoapprove bulk leave in one cycle

They normally don't approve...so once u r next in office connect with ur RMG and ask them to approve...they will approve at that time

If I take more then 2 consecutive sick leaves then only I need to provide medical right ?
If I take it in gap of suppose one day or 2 no medical is required ?
