Yes only for earned leaves....that too will be applicable if u have more than 48 earned leaves....or if less than 48 then it will be only paid after u leave organisation

How many leaves do you get?

In my company we have 1 leave per month. Basically after working all January a leave will be credited in February just like our salary and we get 12 leaves per month only (PTOs). What is your leave structure.

18 Annual Leaves ( can be carried forward upto maximum 40 ) 12 Sick Leaves ( get lapsed on 31st December) 1 extra...
