Sick due to support project
I am not well met with accident and having severe headaches and under medication and my project is of rotational shifts mostly Afternoon Shift and Night Shifts and there are 3 mandatory calls for each call minimum 45 mins to 1 Hrs and user issue calls.
My health is going very bad and parents are very much worried about my health.
Considering all the situation so I asked for project release by attaching all the medical documents, scan reports to manager,delivery manager cc’ing HR BP but HR said they are not ready to provide project release instead they are telling me to take Leave Without Pay under self illness for 1 month.
What to do under this situation because of rotational and continuous calls only my health is going down and getting headaches how to get release from the project!?.
You are replaceable, if Ratan tata ji can be replaced , who are you ,,.. Do you want to live or die it is up to you …
Leave this project … don’t attend any calls and leave this shitty organisation
Tcs is third class services now. Take lwp and then resign. Take care.
Take lwp and rest It is a good option And u might get released from the project too
One of my friend took three months of leave without pay and was instantly released no one can keep an employee who is on long-term leave without pay.
Use Earned leave if you are okay with it Or drop paper
