Sick and tired of working at startups, can someone please refer me at a decent FAANGMULAYAM company

Been working at startups as an SDE and the unrealistic expectations have fucked with my head. Deliver crazy features within 2 days or your underperforming. Got laid off from my last job because my PM was incompetent and overcomplicated the PRD for a fairly straightforward feature, 3 times in a row which I implemented after having long frustrating discussions that this is shit. And also it didn't help that the co-founder I report to is not technically sane himself. Before this I joined a startup that didn't even pay me for the 15 days I worked there. I know my rant would sound like a red flag but if anyone is willing to refer me to their org please comment or dm. yoe: 2.5 tc: 21 (don't care about the tc if it's remote)
