I have many sick leave and causal leave I need to know when they will expires? As a fresher I don't know about it

Financial year is from September to August. In this time period you can utilize those leaves and they don't carry forward.

The leave policy is as per state. For exam, Maharashtra state does not have any sick leaves. Only casual leave are there total 8 which all are added in August itself not every month. Only earned leaves are added in each month to out leave balance.
