Trending @Infosys; Showing RM not met while applying IJP

Hi, I am trying to apply for IJP. I am getting as RM not met. What is the meaning of it. I have got released from training from Dec 2022. I am working as Test Engineer after that. How many months we have to be there in a particular role to switch through IJP.
