showing as arrears in -ve
Some amount of my salary got deducted , it is showing as arrears in -ve I joined on July . up to November salary was ok, but this month it is showing in negative , i have raised ticket , but can anyone suggest what could be the reason.
Arrears showing negative means earlier you got more salary compared to what you should receive. Can you tell in which section the amount got deducted? There might be multiple reasons for salary deduction. WFO compliance, external certificate, long leaves where LERF is not approved,etc
Check timesheet leaves if auto approved , this u need to cancel manually and ask manager to approve , if timesheet is the reason u will get it in next month
U forgot to cancel the timesheet leaves for previous month, that’s why. Same happened with me. Asked HR to cancel those leaves by 10 jan so that the deducted amount gets refunded in Jan-25 salary
