What is your fault at first if they don’t have project. Secondly it happened with one of my friend. HR called and directly asked to resign

If you receive showcase notice reply to that mail .what you have within 54days and how many SO ID's you have applied.And if you took any upskilling courses . Mention everything clearly in that mail .

Guys the situation is worst in cognizant .if your not maintaining minimum working hours also you will get a mail . And especially those who are in bench if they are not maintaining 9hr they will receive advisory mails , warning mails and then termination mails will come . Emergency cases also they are not giving permission to WFH .
