Show cause notice for not adhering to policies
I have received a show cause notice for not attending the office during the entire month of February, despite my work mode being hybrid.
HR has asked me to provide an explanation within three days, failing which they may take action.
I am currently serving my notice period. What potential repercussions could this have?
Also I got to know that they will mention this as disciplinary actions in the reliving/experience letter.
Pls share your thoughts. If there's any HR pls share your inputs.
Nobody mentions anything on the experience letter, the worst they can do is just delay your FnF and relieving letter
