I was released from my project on 30th August 2024. Prior to this, I had accepted an interview proposal from another account, and the interview was scheduled for 20th August. However, I had to reject the project due to health constraints related to night shifts, which the team documented in the TMP portal.
Following this, I received a show cause notice from HR citing various clauses. A personal hearing was conducted on 9th September 2024 with a Director and HR. During this meeting, I was advised to submit all my medical records via email. Although my reasons for rejecting the project were acknowledged, the assurance provided to clear this case was deemed insufficient.
To avoid any potential termination or resignation, I was advised to get tagged to a new project as soon as possible. Will they terminate me for this if I'm not tagged to a project? I was not even on my bench period when the interview and rejection happened. Let me know your feedback.

On 30th September i received the termination mail and asked me to do force resignation. They didn't even consider my valid proofs for rejecting the project. Finally i resigned.
