Yesterday I received a show cause mail from HR saying i am not coming to office for 5 days. I didn’t receive any mails earlier for going to 5 days. I have been going 3 days regularly as i am on bench. The mail consists of very rude language saying i am neglecting their orders and not willing to get a project even after receiving full salary. I have been giving my best to get a project as it is affecting my career growth also. But every week I receive such mails with such rude language and constant fear is there of loosing my job. I have no mental stability here as well as no financial stability. I dont know which day is my last day here.

You must have been receiving their mandatory connect meetings know? And there Hr must be telling and they share ppt in that meeting invite

And mention that is 5 days are compulsory I will 5 days too no problem in that
Did you get show cause mail? Did they consider whatever assurance you gave them. What are the actions they took?
I get a lot of show cause emails back to back for employment related issues attendance related issues and what not
And I was the one who worked literally 14 hours 16 hours when they needed in project

This is nothing bro. My aging crossed 53 days and HR called me discussion this week only. The way he was speaking like i committed crime he was fully prepared for forced resignation. Thank fully i was got project on last day but situation is very bad bro.
Give some valid reason with proofs. HR will share personal hearing calls soon. You will have to justify yourself. Please be prepared with new skills learnt in the bench period and get allocated to the project asap.
Is doing Udemy course will help to convice them?
They won't ask for proof of learning, however they will ask for proof of any excuse you have given for not going to the office. E.g. medical reports for medical issues. You will be safe, if you get a project prior to HR discussion.
Me too bro 😢. I go to the office every day and only missed 2 days in 2 weeks, which led to me receiving a show cause notice. After the warning email, I haven't missed any days. Now I'm worried about losing my job and unsure of what to say in the HR hearing.

I am on bench from tomorrow. I got auto assignment creation mail in that they mention assignment creation date and assignment location pune-CLT/RMT(remote). Do i need to compulsory go to the office for 5 days. Please any one help me on that
