Should You Buy a Flat Now Amid Uncertainty in the IT Sector?

There is always some or the other kind of uncertainty in IT sector. That will never go away.

Plan your life around it. You can’t keep waiting forever.

Stability in IT sector is thing of past, it will never return.

So only thing you can do is to target minimising loan amount, either save for more years and buy or sell some bunch of assets like gold to fetch initial amount ir the obvious things.

I would actually wait unless the deal you're getting is too good. The next few years are going to be nothing we've seen before I feel.
