What's the point of working in this company? A person works so hard, gets a good rating, but what’s the use if, even after getting a 2 rating, the hike is only 2%?
It would have been better to work a little less and get a 3 rating. Even if nothing was given, it wouldn’t have mattered—what difference does 2% make? I spend more than that on fuel for my car.

How do u calculate hike? Is it total ctc or fixed component? For me, overall ctc increased but in most categories it is same as last year except in OACR!
I too got raiing as 2 but no appraisal/hike/promotion.

Kaun sa BU bro? It all depends on BU and tenure for this year appraisal. I have got 0 % last year despite of achieving 2 rating consistently for last 3 years .is baar they have heard it seems sad gave decent hike with market correction
