Should there be an Indian manager's review platform/database?

Workplace related stress, toxicity has gone up lately, some of it stems from toxic, inefficient and/or unempathetic managers, leadership etc.

Wouldn't it be nice to have an app/website/database where you could find person specific review? Atleast you won't be blindsided on what to expect.

Reviews are useless. Many times restaurants have given me a free desert for good review. Likewise managers will offer early release for a good review. Some chamchas will offer good review to be in the good books of the manager.
