I have been vegetarian for the first 22 years of my life. Being vegan is a scam. You are not getting enough vitamins and minerals like B12, zinc, iron. Not to mention eggs/milk are basically cheap super foods. Most countries are not vegan and you will find it hard to survive outside. And if your reason for being vegan is saving the planet/ animals then I only have this to say............. ..................... Fuck is wrong with you? This is what happens when kids don't get beaten up in schools any more.
