Should the self-evaluation for appraisal be completed while I am serving my notice period?

I'm currently serving notice period and my LWD is Feb 28.

My manager keeps pinging me to complete the self-evaluation, but I feel it's not worth doing. However, I'm wondering if not completing it could have any consequences till last date and afterwards?
