Should I tell my HR I've multiple offers?
Hi! I’m currently an intern at a startup and this is my last week of internship and I most probably will be getting FTE offer this week. I currently have 3-4 more offers from/in talks with other companies that will pay more than they will be paying and in both same and different diverse fields. If and when I get my FTE offer from the current company, is it wise to tell my HR during the interview/negotiations that I have better offers to negotiate a higher salary or will that not be a good move? I’m currently getting 15k/mo stipend and FTE offer will probably be ~4.5LPA. My other offers are 20-25k/mo stipend and FTE offer will probably be ~5-6LPA.

my first (and current) internship i got was through a friend's family (had my resume shortlisted, had to give 3 interviews) the offers/ongoing talks I have right now are mostly luck and also the fact I've (some) experience in the startup environment, I've sent out like 400 applications, mails etc. in different fields for internships/jobs, only got replies from a few. You can try applying to startups looking for interns, you can use wellfound, that's where I got the most replies from.
You MUST negotiate with your preferred company keeping other offers ( in writing) on the table. They will bump your salary and anything else reasonable that you demand - like joining bonus. Having multiple offers gives you the power to walk away - so use it. Don’t fret.
