Senior Associate Consltant Role
Hi All, I am currently working in accenture as a software engineer from past 3 years and today I have got an offer to work in Infosys as a Senior Associate Consultant Role. Should I go ahead with Infosys or not?
I joined Accenture India , last year after graduating Computer Science Engineering as a Packaged App Development Associate. I worked as a Developer in one of the internal projects. The issue is i want to move to another city and I applied through an internal portal and got a call back for this role called Digital Marketing Advisory Associate. I am worried if it's a bad move from Tech to Non-Tech. I have liked Digital Marketing and all that during graduation and did an internship on it as well. But worried about rotational shifts of the role and in general unsure about the role and possibility of life down the track. What should I do?
Could you please tell me about the internal portal?
Follow your interest in digital marketing if it excites you. Consider the impact of rotational shifts. Weigh long-term growth in both fields. Ultimately, choose what aligns with your passion.
