Trending @Capgemini; Should I take this offer?

Being a contingent worker at Capgemini for the past 1.8 years has delivered my best to deliver client requirements. In the client's review I am the best performer among the whole team of 12 people.

Now received an offer from Capgemini to convert to a full time position. But offered only a 10% hike on the current package.

Through this 1.8 journey I received more compared to the current offering because of 5-6k allowance per month in this duration. Currently client have introduced a new role for me, in that I'm not eligible for such allowance anymore.

Technically If I accept this offer from CG my monthly compensation would decrease .

And the management is trying to force me to accept this offer by saying you are already overpaid. Despite negotiations they are trying to prove that my current salary is high.

And it felt like a kind of discrimination where they are ready to listen to everyone's ask and when it comes to me it becomes a good chance for them to execute their cost cutting plans.

Currently I don't have any other offer from anywhere, and my ongoing contract is about to expire next month.

What should I do, now? Kindly share your suggestions over this.
