The thing is the role is a PM role and my experience ranges from APM to an entrepreneurial journey in the solar sector and now I am back in the corporate sector. It's a weird situation like whatever I have experienced, if you don't make it as an entrepreneur they don't consider this as an experience and the hike is on the previous ctc where I was working as an APM. But looking at the market situation I am compelled to take this offer.
Total exp - APM (1yr) and Company - 1.5 yrs
