YOE - 10 So to keep me under their wings, they are offering a role of SDM In one of the Project. I am currently a Lead and have asked for account release (Worked for 9 years in same Project) The deciding factor is the salary part which is not good at the moment

My suggestion is to take the SDM role; after that, you will understand the actual game and gain benefits.
