Trending @Accenture; Should I take PCS/PMO role or resign? (Need a right career path)

I’m a fresher and I have joined accenture in July 2024 trained on SAP and cleared all the required assessments but still I haven’t got any proj and I’m on bench. Has I have been on bench for greater than 3 months, they are asking me to take PCS role project cuz there are no projects in SAP stream. And there are layoffs for bench people. I’m going through a challenging period. I need suggestions that doesn’t effect my career but can help me grow in the right direction.
