Should i take a break

I have been working in a startup for the past 5 months the Work Culture is getting to me. The lead tells me he wants the deliverables at any cost. I am loosing interest in the job by the day and i feel i need a break to reset myself i have started getting health complications as well. I roughly have 8.5 lakhs in my account and by the time i leave i will have 10 lakh lumpsum in account.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I don’t carry the burden of marriage and there is 0 loan on me.

It might take 6 months to 1 year to find a job that suits you. If you can afford to wait, then you can go ahead and quit.

And have a solid plan for what will you do with all the free time. That way, you won’t go crazy.

You are right my impatience while switching caused this. I saw the money and went crazy. I need to be very careful while choosing my next job. I also feel instead of quitting i should look for a switch that would be better.
