Trending @Accenture; Should I switch to other domain in my early stage???
Hi All, quick question I have joining Accenture as a fresher almost 1.5 yr back and was given SAP MM training, right after training I have been on bech for 2 months and then got an support SAP project, which is fine amid this all layoff and news I accepted and is currently working in this feild. But I wanted to work as a functional consultant and I might get the knowledge for the next switch whenever I do, but the only concern is the on job experience that I lack. So What should I do to switch into and proper functional role with correct knowledge and also the right experience???
Show fake knowledge in your CV.
As you are at associate level, with less experience they won't expect everything from you. Talk what they want to listen from you and you should be good even though you don't have that exact work knowledge.
Getting the job isn't a real concern, performing in one after getting it would be. So be ready for the grind.
