Trending @Accenture; Should I switch to Infosys?

I’am working a SW/App/Cloud tech support Analyst in Accenture with overall 4.5 years of experience and with career level 11
I was looking for switch so I have one interview set this week with Infosys for Azure Consultant role.
Should I go for the switch if M selected? And what expected salary I can ask, currently my CTC is 6lpa
Go for it buddy if you get selected. I m in same situation like you with 3.4 year of experience. I got a offer and I switched without even thinking twice. Here in Accenture they are not promoting in june and in end year as well hike will be 15% only so better focus on Ur interview and look forward to crack it. All the best.
Go for it yaar! There's no point staying here in accenture at present. No mid year hike and hoping for end year hike is total foolishness. With a 6 lpa currently you can ask easily ask for 11-12 lpa minimum stating that you are highly underpaid in your current organization.
