Should I Switch to Accenture?

Hi everyone,

I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown:

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable) and have 2.5 years of experience.

Would you recommend accepting the offer from Accenture or staying with TCS? Any advice on this would be really helpful!
