I cleared Deliotee interview and today HR called me and told me that they have 6-7 Lpa budget only. My current package 5.06L ctc + 2.25L special bonus = 7.31 Lpa What should I do please suggest.
I have similar experience with Deloitte. They will not give more . Maximum what they can do is offer a joining bonus . However, I did not go back to them with a counter offer to see what they would do then
Too low leave that expect more interviews I also rejected they give me 11
Join it. Use it to jump to better company. Simple as that.. for 3 years that's a huge low ball.

Did you anytime during your interview mentioned about the expected CTC? If not, lesson learnt always do it. Now, talk to HR with your expectations. I don't know much about data roles, but in general, software switches are expected to give at least 20% increment
I did mentioned but still got this low ctc. Let me try my best to negotiate
Just say yes and collect the offer letter, meanwhile find new job. Don’t join and negotiate with them again for 12 lac.
