Should I switch or not ?

Hi all I am working in Infosys from past 2.5 years I joined as fresher now I am thinking to switch for career growth I have worked in Network Operations mostly now I feel like I need to switch in development as I have gain interest in it . But I don’t have much hands on experience on development .. what should I do? Should I start searching for another company immediately or I should focus to gain more knowledge of development? Please help me out I am bit confused

Do both of these things in parallel. By giving interviews you get the confidence for further interviews.so work on your area and keep giving interviews. You will get it .

2.5 years is bit early wait for 6 more months and then u can start with good knowledge, meanwhile try lo learn more about interviews and understand deep about your product
