Should I switch jobs or wait till 2 years of experience?

Hey everyone, I’ve been working as a Full Stack Developer for about 1 year (plus 6 months of internship). My current CTC is 8 LPA. The work is fine and my team members are great, but my manager is quite toxic and it’s starting to affect my motivation.

I’m wondering — is it a good idea to switch now with this experience, or should I wait until I complete 2 years before making a move? Would appreciate some honest opinions from people who’ve been in similar situations. 🙏
