Should I switch from tcs with 3yoe without project

Joined tcs on Feb 2022 without project. Now after maternity gap i resumed gng office. I asked for wfh they not accepting. I still on bench but reporting rmg. What should I do now please suggest. Should I take any project and switch or switch the company and do wfh. Iam learning devops and cloud.
