Should I switch from product to service company if getting a good hike and chance to work on latest tech stack?
Hello everyone I have an offer from capco with a decent hike and a good project should I take it ? Can anyone let me know how is the wlb, hikes and annual bonus are here. Currently I am not working on the latest tech stack . Is it okay to switch to service base from product based? @capco @oracle

Thanks for tag @BeingCivil, from I am a Product Manager so might not have right perspective for a software developer. But in service company, a software developer may get a chance to work on many technologies as well as tech stacks depending on project - Same can’t be said for a product company. Again not having necessary experience to share my thoughts here. Sorry.
