Trending @Capgemini; Should i switch from Capgemini?

Hi all , I am a fresher with 1 year experience in CG. I was in bench for 2.5 month and later i got a project in which i am working on DevOps ( Mostly Admin related work). But as a fresher I don't see growth here . Should i go for switch? If yes how should i plan for switch? Thank you

Not growing in what sense?

I am not learning new things. My daily task includes giving roles to user , checking if a pipeline fails and some manual repetitive work.

Switching is advisable. Otherwise, you’ll only accumulate numerical experience, not genuine IT expertise. This Org tends to consume employees’ time and stifle their growth. As a result, people often get stuck in the role for an extended period. When they attempt to transition, they struggle due to a lack of project knowledge and practical experience.

Same story in most of the projects. If your pay scale and work life balance is good plus your working atmosphere is not that much toxic stay here for sometime. Later on you can decide what suits best to your needs
