Trending @Accenture; Should I switch??

After college i joined Accenture and in July I will complete 5 years. But I'm still in the Analyst role with 7.75 fixed salary from June 2021 . Didn't get promotion last cycle but my AM got promoted to Manager within 2 years. When I was promoted from Associate to Analyst he got promoted from TL to AM. If I ask for promotion he says there is no budget. Any suggestions???

Try for a switch and you will get a better response after resignation with regards to hike/promotion.

Switching jobs? After 5 years at Accenture and still an Analyst? Your AM is playing snakes and ladders with your career. "No budget" is a convenient excuse. You're not a charity case, you're a professional. So, are you going to let your AM decide your worth or are you going to take charge? "Zindagi na milegi dobara", remember? What's your next move?

Just leave brother, you will continue to get peanuts here.

Some of my friends joined mid size companies and they are at 2-3x of their first salary without switch. And here i am rotting in hell with peanut butter hike.
