Should I switch?

I am currently working at EY India as a Consultant. I have 2.9 years of experience and My CTC is 8.7 (Fixed - 8.2)

Role : Business Risk Consulting

I feel even Associate Consultants are paid better than me. Should I switch - Please guide.
